The Bernard Loughlin collection.
The following pictures are reproduced here by kind permission of Gerry Nichols, who now holds the collection. Bernard took them mostly in and around Seremban, Tampin, Gemas, Port Dickson and Kuala Lumpur during 1954. There are also a few from Singapore, 1954 and early 1955. They remain his copyright and should not be reproduced without permission. I have tried to put all the pictures in date order. They are shrunk to about 25% of original size but otherwise as taken. Tim Light has kindly offered to do some "dust and scratches" editing and pictures so treated will be annotated as they are done but this is a time consuming exercise so please be patient.
