Since the sun was in totally the wrong position I decided to see what could be achieved with a bit of computer tweaking. I stood in the shadow of the footbridge and hoped that the Desiro parked in platform 2 would leave before the Duke arrived. Fortunately the presence of track workers either side of the station slowed the Duke sufficiently to allow this to happen. The sun was above the station building and has enhanced the remnants of the morning mist.

The Dukes low speed enabled this parting shot to be taken after the previous sequence had been saved. The whistle was still being used as there were more track workers ahead.
