Great Western at Banbury

4965 Rood Ashton Hall, Dorridge to
Didcot
and 6024 King Edward 1, Paddington to
Stratford
| These two trains were scheduled to cross at
Banbury at 1225 but due to late arrival of the stock at Paddington the
King was more than 2 hours late and 4965 Rood Ashton Hall stormed
through the station on time. |

| The King didn't arrive until about an hour
later and proved to be extremely thirsty. |
